Pamely is a Hong Kong aerial dance artist on hoop, straps and hammock, and a two-time aerial hoop champion in 2024. Her work is built on balance and control. She has taught since 2019, in Hong Kong and overseas, and trains the next generation of hoop instructors.

Hi, I'm Pamely

I'm an aerial dance artist working on hoop, straps and hammock, with Aerial Hoop at the heart of my teaching. I've been teaching since 2019. In 2022 I launched an Aerial Hoop Teacher Training Course to share what I've learned with other instructors.

My teaching isn't limited to Hong Kong. I've also taught several classes and teacher training courses overseas.

I'm fascinated by the subtle interplay of muscle and technique behind each move. Performing on stage and competing internationally since 2023 keeps me growing. My philosophy is simple: balance and control.
